McPHERSON, United States Magistrate Judge.
This case is now before the court on the plaintiffs Amended Application for Attor ney Fees Under the Equal Access to Justice Act [“EAJA”], 28 U.S.C. § 2412 (Doc. # 23). 1 The plaintiff asserts that she is a prevailing party within the meaning of 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d) in that pursuant to the court’s Order of 17 July 2000 the case was remanded to the Commissioner for further proceedings (Doc. # 17).
