I. INTRODUCTION

Before the court is an application by plaintiffs attorney for an award of fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), (Doc. No: 30), and the Commissioner’s objections regarding plaintiffs attorney’s request. (Doc. No. 36).
