INTRODUCTION
Before the Court is the appeal of the defendants in two adversary proceedings from an order of the Bankruptcy Court (Gonzalez, J.) denying their motions for summary judgment. See Enron Creditors Recovery Corp. v. J.P. Morgan Sec., Inc. (In re Enron Creditors Recovery Corp.), 407 B.R. 17 (Bankr.S.D.N.Y.2009).
