ON OBJECTIONS TO THE MAGISTRATE'S DECISION IN MANDAMUS {¶ 1} Relator, Certified Oil Corporation ("relator"), commenced this original action requesting that this court issue a writ of mandamus ordering respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate that portion of its order awarding temporary total disability ("TTD") compensation to respondent, Javine A. Artis ("claimant"), from January 21 through August 31, 2005, and to enter an amended order denying TTD compensation for that period.
