I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Esoterix Genetic Laboratories LLC (“Esoterix”) brings this action against Defendants Qiagen Inc. and Qia-gen Manchester, LTD. (collectively, “Qia-gen”), alleging that Qiagen has exceeded the scope of a license agreement and thereby infringed upon Esoterix’s patent rights.
