Plaintiff Freedom Watch, Inc (“Freedom Watch”) instituted this action against the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (“OPEC”) on May 7, 2012, alleging violations of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1 (2006), and the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 15, 26 (2006). See Complaint(“Compl.”) ¶¶ 1-2.
