Affirming in part, reversing in part.
This appeal is the culmination of a twenty year battle between Dr. H. B. Thomas and Edmonson County involving the taxation of Crystal Cave, the entrance to which is near the border line between Hart and Edmonson Counties. During that period Dr. Thomas died and the case has been revived in the name of his widow and executrix, appellant herein.
