After due notice a hearing was held at Billings on June 12, 1995, on the Trustee’s motion, filed May 23, 1995, to settle and compromise Trustee’s objection to the Debtors’ homestead exemption and complaint for turnover thereof, in return for a total settlement paid to the Trustee in the amount of $1,450. No objection was filed, and no appearance was made at the hearing in opposition to the settlement. The Trustee appeared at the hearing in support of approval.
