This matter is before the Court pursuant to the U.S. Trustee’s Motion to Remove Rhonda Repp (“Repp”), the Chapter 7 Trustee, from this case and Repp’s objection thereto. Hearings were held on July 24, 25 and 26, 1995 after which the matter was taken under advisement.
