ORDER ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS
MORRIS, Chief Judge.
This action is before the court on the motion of the defendant to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. The defendant has submitted a brief in support of its motion and the plaintiffs have responded with a brief.
In this action plaintiffs seek damages for unjust imprisonment. Plaintiffs were arrested in November 1974; indicted by a grand jury January 22, 1975; and found guilty by a jury on March 19, 1975.
