MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.
Plaintiff Dung C. Tran filed suit against defendants Standard Motor Products, Inc., International Union (UAW) and Local Union No. 710(UAW) alleging violations of Title VII and § 1981 on the basis of his national origin and intentional infliction of emotional distress under state law. 1 Plaintiff also asserts a state law claim under the Kansas labor statute against defendant Union.
