Defendants’ motion for summary judgment (Dkt. No. 31) is before the court. Plaintiffs allege: (1) intentional discrimination under 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (§ 1981) and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000d, et seq., (1994) (Title VI); (2) hostile environment under § 1981 and Title VI; and (3) retaliation under § 1981 and Title VI.
