Sale of marijuana, fifteen years.
William Gibson testified that on October 31, 1980, he and Larry "Hollywood" McReynolds talked with appellant at the residence of appellant's mother, located in the Old Dump Road area, north of Fulton in Clarke County. Gibson, working as an undercover agent for the Clarke County Sheriff's Department, asked appellant if he had any marijuana. Appellant responded he did and Gibson asked for an ounce.
