DIXON, Justice.

The Louisiana State Bar Association, through its Committee on Professional Ethics and Grievances, instituted these proceedings against Charles G. Jacques, Jr., a member of the Louisiana Bar practicing in New Orleans, alleging that the committee had conducted a full investigation of certain alleged misconduct on the part of respondent. After a full hearing in accordance with Rule XVI of this court and Article XIII of the articles of incorporation of the Louisiana State Bar Association of 1941 (now Article XV), the committee was unanimously of the opinion that the respondent had…
