MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
JAMES HARVEY, District Judge.
This appeal is from two orders of the Bankruptcy Court involving White Birch Park, Inc., a debtor under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act; Bus White and Doris Marie White, debtors under Chapter XIII of the Bankruptcy Act and Associated Mid west, Inc., a creditor of both debtors. Associated Midwest, Inc., (hereinafter, A-M) has appealed the June 7, 1978 order of the Bankruptcy Court in the Chapter XIII proceedings and has appealed the June 14,1978 order of the Bankruptcy Court in the Chapter XI proceedings.
