MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This appeal is from three orders of the Bankruptcy Court involving White Birch Park, Inc., a debtor under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act; Bus White and Doris Marie White, debtors under Chapter XIII of the Bankruptcy Act, and Associated Midwest, Inc., a creditor of both debtors. Associated Midwest, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as A-M) appeals the February 15, 1977 and the March 2,1977 orders entered by the Bankruptcy Court in the Chapter XI proceedings of White Birch Park.
