FRIENDLY, Circuit Judge.
This action for malicious prosecution, wherein federal jurisdiction was based on diverse citizenship, was brought in the Southern District of New York against Gulf Oil Corporation, John Leivia, and W. B. Edwards. An amended complaint dropped the individual defendants. After trial before Judge Sugarman and a jury, a verdict for Gulf was rendered on December 18, 1962.
