MEMORANDUM OPINION, FINDINGS OF FACT, AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

Presently before the Court is Dairy State Bank’s motion to clarify priority of security interests, which has been objected to by Consolidated Farm Service Agency (“CFSA”). 1 The motion is the result of a dispute over the proceeds of an auction of the debtors’ farm equipment which was held in December of 1994.
