Plaintiff Levonna Wilkins filed this lawsuit, which is styled as a class action, claiming that the defendants misclassified her as an independent contractor and an outside salesperson pursuant to the Illinois Minimum Wage Law, 820 111. Comp. Stat. § 105/1, et seq. (IMWL”). Jurisdiction is based on the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. § 1332(d).
