The defendants in this action are the four brothers and sisters of the testator and the wife of one of these brothers, and his seven grandchildren, all appellees herein, and also his four children who are the appellants. In response to the plaintiff’s complaint, the court adjudicated six questions as to the construction and legal effect of the testator’s last will and codicil, the defendants by their answers having admitted the allegations of the complaint and set forth their respective claims with regard to these questions.
