The information charged plaintiff in error with having on February 27, 1924, unlawfully attempted to influence, induce, persuade, and engage workmen to change from one place of employment to another in this state through and by means of false advertisements in this: that it did publish in a newspaper published in the city of Milwaukee, said county, the following advertisement: “Moulders — Wanted for floor work.
