This action was commenced in the district court of Kay county by the plaintiff in error against-the defendant in error, for an injunction. The petition so-far as necessary for an understanding of the issues, alleges, that the plaintiff is a corporation; that the defendant, the. town of Tonkawa, is a municipal corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the Territory of Oklahoma.
