Marvelle M. Gibson appeals the dismissal of her motion to modify child support at the close of her evidence. Appellant claims that the trial court erred in dismissing her motion without prejudice in that: (1) by doing so, it failed to decide her motion on the merits as required; and, (2) there was sufficient evidence to find a substantial and continuing change in circumstances supporting a modification in child support, in that her Form 14 showed a change in the child support amount of twenty percent or more, which constituted a prima facie showing of a substantial and…
