Charles Mikasinovich, a minor fifteen years old, was badly hurt, on November 30, 1930 in an automobile collision with one Andrew Pape. Alleging that the accident was due to Pape’s negligence, Rade Mikasinovich, father of the injured boy, consulted Arnold M. Replogle, a lawyer of Allegheny County, who brought an action in the court of common pleas of that county on behalf of Charles M.
