Appellant, an attorney, brought suit on behalf of plaintiffs against defendant, to recover damages for personal injury sustained by one of plaintiffs. Subsequently plaintiffs and defendant settled the case without consulting and without consent of appellant, who thereupon filed his petition in the court in which the action was brought, pursuant to the Act of May 6, 1915, P.
