OPINION

HOWARD, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from an order completely settling and closing the estate of Edna Ivester. Appellants are the devisee and beneficiary of an allegedly valid will that was not probated.

FACTS

Edna Ivester shared her life and her trailer with her friend, Jack Brown, for over ten years. In June 1978, at her nephew’s request, Edna was taken to Kino Hospital for a court-ordered evaluation because she had been behaving bizzarely. Physicians’ reports, made part of the record, state that Edna had chronic organic brain syndrome and showed secondary symptoms of paranoid…
