This is an appeal from the order of the district court affirming a decision of the Oklahoma Savings and Loan Board 1 (Board), appellee, which granted a charter application establishing a branch office in Cleveland, Oklahoma, for Home Savings and Loan Association of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
