MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

TROUTMAN, District Judge.

Defendant, Towmotor Corporation (Tow-motor), moving for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial, argues generally that plaintiff’s 1 proofs are legally insufficient to support the verdict.
