Plaintiff, Jimmie Bowers, brings this action pursuant to the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) seeking damages for back and neck injuries he sustained while employed by Defendants, Norfolk Southern Corporation, Norfolk Southern Railway Company, and Central Georgia Railroad Company (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Norfolk Southern” or “Defendants”).
