This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of an automobile dealer who was sued for conversion arising out of the repossession and sale of a vehicle. The transaction was subject to the ReesLevering Motor Vehicle Sales and Finance Act, Civil Code section 2981, et seq.
