Affirming.
The Latonia Deposit Bank was organized under the laws of this commonwealth, and engaged in a general banking business at Covington, Kenton county, Ky., during the time the transactions occurred which we will presently consider. The Golden Eule Coal Company was a domestic corporation engaged in the coal ¡business in the same city. Paul L. Wolnitzek was its president and manager in charge of its business.
