Taylor and Tirst National Bank of; *656Paducah, are both from the one judgment of the Crittenden Circuit Court, rendered in an action first brought by the appellee, Zed A. Bennett, administrator of the estate of J. B. Harris, deceased, and People’s Bank & Trust Company, guardian of Foster Lee Threlkeld, against the appellee, Empire State Surety Company, the heirs-at-law of J. B.
