This is an appeal from an order refusing to set aside a default entered against appellant Daniel Hay.

Facts

On April 8, 1959, plaintiff and respondent Arta Kessler was injured while passing through the doorway of a Thriftimart store. On April 7, 1960, she sued Thriftimart, Inc., Wagner Construction Company (which is alleged to have built the building) and Daniel Hay (who is alleged to have supplied, installed and maintained the door).
