OPINION

FLANDERS, Justice.

These appeals from criminal convictions question the legality of a flight-from-the-erime-scene jury instruction. They also challenge the trial justice’s refusal to continue the start of the trial in this case because the remaining pool of prospective jurors contained no African-Americans. For the reasons explained below, we deny the defendants’ appeals and affirm the Superior Court judgments.
