The lease involved in this case is the identical lease construed in Guaranty Nat. Bank & Trust of Corpus Christi v. May, 395 S.W.2d 80 (Waco Tex.Civ.App., 1965, error ref. n. r. e.), and the same parties are involved, although they are re-aligned. A reference to the plat found on page 81 of the reported opinion will be helpful to a better understanding of the factual basis of the respective claims.
