MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Before the court is Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment stemming from a complaint to avoid and recover preferential transfers under 11 U.S.C. § 547(b). Plaintiff opposes the motion and asserts Defendant has failed to demonstrate that it is entitled to judgment as a matter of law under 11 U.S.C. § 547(c)(2) because it has failed to submit evidence demonstrating the prevailing industry standard and that the challenged transfers were made within the standard required by 11 U.S.C. §…
