REASONS FOR DECISION
ROBERT SUMMERHAYS, Bankruptcy Judge.
The present matter before the court is a motion for summary judgment filed by Thomas R. Willson, the duly appointed Chapter 7 trustee for Central Louisiana Grain Cooperative, Inc. (the “Trustee”) against McPhersons Partnership (“McPhersons”). The Trustee moves for summary judgment with respect to his avoidance claims under 11 U.S.C. § 547(b), 544, and 548, as well as the affirmative defenses asserted by McPhersons.
