ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS

LAUREL MYERSON ISICOFF, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court on May 1, 2006 on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss (CP # 10) the Second Amended Complaint filed by Plaintiffs objecting to Defendant Debtor’s discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2). For the reasons set forth below the Motion to Dismiss is Denied.
