Consolidated here are appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County affirming a decision and order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board wMch granted compensation to a claimant, Charles E. Williams, for total disaMlity attributed to pulmonary emphysema and fibrosis from the inhalation of flour dust during the course of his employment by Spaulding Bakeries, Inc.
