CLAY, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff Stephen P. Geller appeals the district court order granting summary judgment in favor of Defendant Henry County Board of Education (“the Board”), in this civil suit where Geller alleges that he was demoted from his position as an assistant principal in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. 1 For the reasons stated below, we AFFIRM the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the Board.
