Introduction
Appellants Don Leonard Brewer and Gary Glen Brown appeal from a summary judgment in favor of Capital Cities/ABC, Inc.; American Broadcasting Company, Inc. d/b/a ABC News (20/20); Katherine Bates; and Dewayne Anderton on their libel suit.
