In this civil action, plaintiff LaSalle Bank National Association (“LaSalle Bank”) is seeking specific performance of a contract and also damages for breach of contract. Named as the sole defendant is Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. (“Lehman”). Plaintiff LaSalle Bank is a nationally chartered bank located in Illinois, and defendant Lehman is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in New York City.
