FLETCHER, Chief Judge:

In accordance with his pleas, the appellant was found guilty, at a special court-martial, of two specifications of disrespect and one specification of assault, all directed to the same superior noncommissioned officer, in violation of Article 91, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 891. The military judge sentenced the appellant to a bad-conduct discharge as well as confinement at hard labor and forfeiture of $248 pay per month, both for a period of five months.
