STATEMENT OF THE CASE
German American Financial Advisors & Trust Company d/b/a German American Investment Services (“GAFA”), PrimeVest Financial Services, Inc. (“PrimeVest”), and Jeffrey W. Tooley (collectively “Appellants”) appeal the trial court’s denial of their second motion to compel arbitration of Dennis M. Reed’s claims against them.
