Plaintiff, Francina Smith, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, *937filed an Amended Class Action Complaint against the Defendants, GC Services Limited Partnership and Owner Resource Group GC GP Buyer, LLC, alleging they sent her and the putative class a debt collection letter that violated various provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq.
