[¶ 1] Appellant, Jim Chancier, d/b/a Lone Wolf Construction (Lone Wolf), seeks review of a judgment of the district court that was entered after a trial to the court. In that judgment, Appellee, Vicki L. Meredith (Meredith), was awarded damages arising out of a contract dispute involving the remodeling of her home.
