James Garrett is a CSX Transportation, Inc. ("CSXT") locomotive engineer who, after being placed out of service with no pay for a year, filed suit in this Court under the Family and Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq. ("FMLA"); the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq. ("ADA"); and the Tennessee Disability Act, T.C.A. § 8-50-103 ("TDA"). CSXT has filed a Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc.
