The defendant insurance company issued a group life insurance policy to the W. K. Henderson Iron Works & Supply Company, of Shreveport, upon the latter company's employees of date June 15,1920, among whom was Will Austin, husband of the plaintiff, Beulah Austin. The policy was issued upon the application of the employer company, of its own volition, the premiums on which were to be, and were in fact, kept paid up by the employer.
