UPON DUE CONSIDERATION, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the judgment of the district court be AFFIRMED.
Familiarity by the parties is assumed as to the facts, the procedural context, and the specification of appellate issues. After undertaking review of the district court judgment denying a new trial, we now affirm. Although plaintiff Hurdle failed to state timely and adequately the grounds for her objection to the verdict sheet, thereby waiving any objection under Fed. R.Civ.P. 51, see Jarvis v.
