LESLIE, Judge.

Patricia Cummings appeals from rulings in a judgment dissolving the marriage of the parties. We affirm on the issue of spousal maintenance and division of property for the period of premarital cohabitation. We reverse on issues of appellant’s attorney’s fees and classification of the marital nature of the commercial property. We reverse and remand on issues of spousal maintenance and distribution of marital property.
